1. Limited availability
A Founding Member position is secured only after an eligible paid subscription successfully activates and the account is confirmed as a Founding Member account. Enrollment closes when 25 eligible businesses have successfully activated or at the end of December 31, 2026, whichever occurs first. A later cancellation does not reopen a historical Founding position.
2. Eligible plans and benefits
Solo, Team, and Pro are all eligible for the Founding Member recurring discount. Eligible Founding Members receive $20 off the standard monthly subscription price for their selected plan, with corresponding discounted annual pricing.
3. Recurring discount
The Founding Member discount remains associated with the qualifying Valmere account while the subscription remains active. Current Founding monthly pricing is Solo $19, Team $49, and Pro $79. Current Founding annual pricing is Solo $182.40, Team $470.40, and Pro $758.40. Taxes, add-ons, one-time charges, third-party fees, and other services are not discounted unless specifically stated.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Eligible Founding Members may upgrade or downgrade between Solo, Team, and Pro without automatically losing Founding status. The applicable $20 monthly discount, or corresponding annual discount, follows the eligible plan while the paid subscription remains active.
5. Cancellation
Founding Member status is tied to an active Valmere subscription. Scheduling a cancellation does not immediately remove Founding status, and reversing that cancellation before the paid subscription ends preserves the benefit. Once the subscription fully terminates, the Founding pricing benefit may be permanently forfeited. Later reactivation does not guarantee restoration.
6. Failed payments
An involuntary lapse caused by a failed payment may be treated differently from a voluntary cancellation. Valmere may provide a reasonable grace period to update payment information. If payment remains unresolved and the subscription ultimately terminates, Founding benefits may end.
7. Non-transferable benefit
Founding Member status belongs to the original qualifying account and business. It may not be sold, transferred, assigned to an unrelated business, exchanged for cash, or combined across accounts unless Valmere expressly approves otherwise.
8. Other promotions
Unless Valmere expressly states otherwise, Founding Member benefits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. If multiple promotions are available, Valmere may require the customer to choose which promotion applies.
9. Abuse or fraud
Valmere may revoke Founding Member status for fraud, chargeback abuse, duplicate accounts created to obtain multiple Founding positions, misuse of promotional pricing, attempts to sell or transfer the benefit, or other material violations of the Terms of Service.
10. Product and pricing changes
Founding Member status guarantees the applicable discount or benefit, not a permanently fixed set of platform features. Valmere may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features over time. For eligible discounted plans, the Founding discount remains tied to the account even if standard plan pricing changes, but the final dollar amount may change as standard prices, taxes, add-ons, or other charges change.
11. Relationship to other terms
These terms supplement the Valmere Suites Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy. If general promotional language conflicts with these written Founding Member Terms, these terms control with respect to the Founding Member Program.
