1. Information we collect
We may collect account and business information such as name, email address, business name, phone number, industry, business settings, subscription information, support communications, and information submitted through an interest list. When you use Valmere, we process business records you choose to enter, including customer details, service locations, jobs, quotes, invoices, crew information, time entries, expenses, receipts, photos, notes, reminders, and related operational data.
2. Payment information
Subscription and customer-payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. A subscribing business may connect its own Stripe account so its customers can pay invoices directly to that business. Valmere does not store full payment card numbers or hold connected businesses' customer-payment proceeds. We may receive connected-account identifiers, transaction identifiers, payment status, customer or subscription identifiers, billing details, and other information needed to operate, reconcile, secure, and support billing and payment features.
3. Device and usage information
We may collect technical information such as browser or app type, device information, IP address, log and diagnostic data, session information, timestamps, page or feature interactions, and security events. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve Valmere.

5. Business data ownership
The subscribing business retains ownership of the customer records, job information, photos, receipts, documents, notes, files, and other business content it submits. Valmere processes that content only as reasonably necessary to host, store, transmit, display, back up, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service. We do not sell a business's private customer or operational data or use one business's private operational data to benefit another business.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, process payments, deliver communications, provide analytics, distribute applications, or operate Valmere. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a business transaction, or at your direction.
7. Your customers and employees
Businesses using Valmere decide what customer and employee information they enter and are responsible for providing notices or obtaining permissions required by applicable law. Valmere processes that information to provide the service to the subscribing business. Crew and managers receive only the access permitted by the account and applicable role controls.
8. Communications and marketing choices
We may send necessary transactional and service communications such as receipts, payment failures, security notices, cancellation or deletion notices, and important account information. These messages are separate from optional marketing communications. Where marketing consent is required, we record or rely on the applicable consent and provide an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service communications.
9. Data retention, subscription termination, and deletion
We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Valmere, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. After a subscription fully terminates, limited account access may remain available for up to 30 days for supported export or reactivation functions. This is separate from a request for permanent account deletion.
Account owners may schedule deletion through Valmere. A deletion request has a waiting period of at least 30 days and may be scheduled later when necessary to honor an already-paid subscription period. A pending deletion request may be canceled before the scheduled purge. At purge, eligible active-system business records and private job media stored by Valmere are removed. Limited records may remain where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or compliance purposes, and service providers may retain information under their own legal obligations and retention schedules.
A public account-deletion request pathway is available at valmeresuites.com/delete-account.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Access to sensitive support or administrative functions should be limited and may be logged where supported.
11. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
Valmere may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, onboarding state, security, and core application functionality. Analytics or marketing technologies may be described through updated notices or consent controls where required by law.
12. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other treatment of personal information. You may update much of your business information within Valmere, use available business-data export tools, and schedule account deletion through account settings. Privacy requests may be submitted to support@valmeresuites.com. We may need to verify identity or authority before fulfilling a request.
13. Children
Valmere is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly offer consumer accounts to children under 13.
14. International use and data processing
If you use Valmere outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.
15. Third-party services
Payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, app stores, and other third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies. Valmere receives and uses information from those providers as needed to operate the service.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Valmere develops or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law or reasonably appropriate.
