1. Paid subscriptions
Customers must purchase an available Valmere Suites plan before receiving access to paid features. Available plans may include Solo, Team, and Pro. Current pricing, included features, and billing options are shown before purchase.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Valmere Suites and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
3. Billing date
Your billing cycle generally begins when your paid subscription is activated. Future recurring payments are charged according to that billing cycle unless your plan or billing interval changes.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel through the account-management tools provided by Valmere or by contacting support@valmeresuites.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. Uninstalling the app or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
5. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Canceling after payment normally preserves access through the paid period rather than creating a prorated refund. Valmere may issue a refund, credit, or other accommodation in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Accidental or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or billed after properly canceling, contact us as soon as possible at support@valmeresuites.com. We will review the account and transaction history.
7. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Valmere may retry the charge, notify you, request an updated payment method, restrict account access, or cancel the subscription if payment remains unresolved. Any grace period offered does not waive amounts legitimately owed.
8. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may include a prorated charge. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Features or limits not included in the lower plan may become unavailable when the downgrade takes effect.
9. Founding Member benefits
Eligible Founding Members on Solo, Team, and Pro receive $20 off the standard monthly price, with corresponding discounted annual pricing, while the qualifying subscription remains active. Eligible upgrades, downgrades, and billing-frequency changes do not, by themselves, remove the benefit. The Founding Member offer is available to the first 25 eligible businesses that successfully activate a qualifying paid subscription, or through December 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Full cancellation may permanently end Founding Member benefits, and later reactivation does not guarantee restoration.
10. Taxes and payment processing
Applicable taxes may be charged where required. Subscription payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe, and are also subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
11. Pricing changes
Valmere may change subscription pricing in the future. Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance when required by law or our Terms of Service. Customers may cancel before a new price takes effect if they do not wish to continue.
12. Account termination
Valmere may suspend or terminate subscriptions for nonpayment, fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse, violation of the Terms of Service, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of the platform. Termination for serious misuse does not automatically create a right to a refund.
